Tobias Fornell has been part of the NCIS solid for years. During the realization of Season 16, Fornell’s daughter was featured on NCIS once more, forcing his friend, NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, to spring into motion.
The season finale was referred to as Daughters and it had some important undertones that still incorporated the return of Cote de Pablo as Ziva David. The crux of the episode, although, delt with Fornell’s daughter suffering an overdose.
Emily Fornell is the daughter of former FBI agent Tobias Fornell and Diane Sterling. Diane had been married to Gibbs, but that relationship ended up no longer operating. She wound up with Tobias, which created numerous funny and interesting moments on the display over time.
Diane would later die on the display, but Gibbs always stored a distinct position for Emily in his center. He basically has served as a 2nd father or uncle to her and it didn’t take a lot for Tobias to get his help together with her.

What happened to Fornell’s daughter on NCIS?
Emily Fornell suffered an opioid overdose and there were moments all over the NCIS Season Sixteen finale the place it seemed like she wouldn’t continue to exist. It made the case very personal for Gibbs, who had already been suffering to deal with some events in his existence. That rigidity can have been what caused him to start having visions of Diane.
Emily survived Season Sixteen of NCIS and Fornell’s daughter may just indubitably go back for future episodes of the show. If there is ever a chain finale of the display, this is one persona that fans must expect to at least make another cameo appearance.
Actress Payton Spencer played the younger model of Emily Fornell, however the role now belongs to Juliette Angelo. As for Tobias, he has been played via Joe Spano for years.
